Custom cassette tapes

Experimenting with custom cassette tapes in MGSVTPP. I’m implementing these in mind for custom missions and side-ops, as pick-ups and rewards when completing them.

To avoid any confusion, these are separate from the user’s custom soundtrack. I think it would be nice to have all Metal Gear soundtracks, both official and fan-made, in MGSV. Wrapping up my work on the newer modules, and I hope to release it all soon.
